Hailing from Conyers, Georgia; or better known as fun town, U.S.A., Danielle Phillips has been living on the westside of Maui in Lahaina since 2007. A recent graduate of the University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!), Danielle holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Spanish, and a specialization in TESOL/TEFL. Having been a part of the Hui Malama `ohana since September 2008, Danielle currently works as a full-time Youth Specialist.
Danielle’s hobbies include life, love, laughter, and trampolines. Her favorite phrase can be heard among the hallways “Yay You!” And by this, she means “Yay Life!” Although initially most are off-put by this phrase, it is her life’s ambition to spread this message of encouragement through life, love, and laughter. So, Yay You!
