Our High School Foundations program is offered to students who want to eventually go into GED prep.  At this level the focus is on the core high school subjects of math, science, language arts and social studies.

This year in Highschool Foundations, Nancy Halley is integrating two marine science curriculums developed for grades 9-12 by the University of Hawaii. Students are able to engage in many hands on activities and field trips. This combined curriculum covers physics, chemistry, biology, and math. These are all areas of study our students need to understand before writing the GED. Over 70% of our planet is water and therefore it is crucial to educate students about our interconnectedness with water. Our survival depends on it.
